What if I only require short term
help?
Short term assistance is not a
problem, we can discuss how often or how little you require my services;
for example you may only require me for two hours per month or each
quarter, this really depends on your needs.
Do you only work from your office?
No. I'm willing to travel and
work from your premises if this is more convenient to you.
How far will you travel?
The area I currently cover is only
within the Nottinghamshire district.
What documents do you require?
This really depends on which services
you require from me and whether I will be working from my premises or
from your premises, If you require me to work from my premises, I would
arrange for a check list to be sent to you, once you have this
information together I would then arrange a convenient time and place to
collect the documents, this could be for payroll, book keeping or both,
once we have completed our services we will then contact you to arrange
a convenient time and place to deliver the documents back to you and
agree the next steps.
Do I have to deliver my
books/receipts to you?
No. I'm happy to arrange a
convenient time/place. Collection and delivery is part of the service.
What systems do you use?
All the systems I currently use are
listed on the services page of my website

What equipment will you require?
This really depends on what type of
system you are currently using, this may be computerised or manual
Do you complete returns?
Yes. You will find all the
types of returns I complete listed on the services page of my website

Do you issue a disclaimer?
Yes. This covers you as the
client to say that I have received your documents. It also covers Data
Protection and client confidentiality.
Do I have to provide a disclaimer
for you to sign?
Yes. This covers your company.
Example:
If you are an Accountancy firm and you require my services for payroll,
book keeping or both, I then sign your disclaimer to agree that I will
not approach your clients direct for their business, your clients will
remain unaware that you have outsourced the work to another company.
Your disclaimer will cover Data Protection and client confidentiality.
What are your payment terms?
All my charges are listed on my
Prices page within my website
All client Invoices are produced on the last working day of each month,
you then have 21 days to send your remittance.
